What data we collect
- When you book or inquire: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, country of residence, travel dates, number of travelers and, for each traveler, name, age, gender, nationality, document (passport or ID) and dietary restrictions.
- When you pay: the payment receipt you send us. We do not receive or store card details.
- When you browse: if you accept cookies, how you reached the site and which pages you visited, to understand which tours interest you. See the Cookie policy.
What we use it for
- Answering your inquiries, confirming availability and managing your booking.
- Buying permits, tickets, trains and the other services of the tour in your name.
- Emailing you payment instructions, confirmations and notices about your trip.
- Meeting legal and tax obligations and handling complaints.
- Improving our site and our services.
Who we share it with
Only with those who need it for your trip: Ministry of Culture and SERNANP (permits and tickets), train and bus companies, hotels, restaurants and guides. Also with our web hosting and email provider. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as our relationship lasts and then for the time required by tax and consumer-protection rules. Payment receipts are stored in a private folder that only our team can access.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, cancellation or objection to the processing of your data (ARCO rights), in accordance with Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its regulations, by writing to info@condortrek.com. We will reply within the legal deadlines. If you are not satisfied, you can go to the National Authority for Personal Data Protection.

Our site uses a secure connection (HTTPS), bot protection and restricted access to booking information.
